My suggestion for the designer of a airplane. Think on happy customers, and not only profit. Because a almost 11 hour flight is not comfortable. And a happy customer is coming back. No matter what airline, because all have the same problem.
To much noise in airplane, seats to small, to many people in same area. In other words. All is back as is before covid, except for the masks ....
